Installation & Delivery of Large Equipment
Some of the larger equipment featured on this website is not available to buy online, such as treadmills, cardio equipment, power racks and resistance equipment. This is because they require expert installation.
Our technicians, trained by the relevant manufacturer, will carry out a site visit and complete a pre-installation form prior to delivery to ascertain the type of installation i.e. ground floor/first floor; lift/stairs; vehicle access; door widths etc. The delivery and installation charge will be determined by these factors. Repair & Maintenance of Equipment and Systems
With current legislation for health and safety being of the utmost importance,
we strongly recommend regular servicing of your equipment, not only helping you
meet all health and safety guidelines, but also limiting the possibility of
injury to you and your clients, limiting the amount of downtime throughout the
year and maximising the life of your equipment.
· Basic testing equipment such as Dynamometers and Scales etc can be returned to

· Systems such as Metabolic Systems, Gas Analysers, Lactate Analysers and EMG

· We offer various service contract options when the products are purchased.
Depending on the product and the service requirement, items can either be serviced on site by our fully trained technicians or returned to our Service Centre. Please email Technical Support to make arrangements: support@habdirect.co.uk
· Service and maintenance of items such as fitness equipment, treadmills, cycle

· We offer tailor-made contracts for on-site service and maintenance of equipment. After each service an official ‘Certificate of Service’ will be issued for you to display within your facility.
