POWERbreathe uses a calibrated, spring-loaded valve that is adjustable, enabling you to increase the resistance as your breathing strength improves, helping you get fitter and stronger with as little as 5-minutes training per day, making a difference after just 4-weeks.

POWERbreathe is available at 3 levels of variable resistance / difficulty - light, medium & heavy (very challenging) - each with a calibrated spring-loaded valve that can be adjusted to an increased training level, as breathing strength improves.
